Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before buying.

Digital Product Policy

The Height Increase Formula is a digital PDF product. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the PDF has been delivered to your email address. We are unable to offer refunds after the product has been sent.

Eligible Refund Cases

We will issue a full refund in the following situations: (1) You were charged but did not receive the PDF in your email within 24 hours. (2) You were charged multiple times for the same order. (3) There was a technical error on our end that prevented delivery.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your payment ID and the email address used at checkout. We will respond within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if you simply change your mind after receiving the PDF, if you claim the content did not meet expectations after downloading, or if you purchased the product more than 7 days ago.
